Cultural Competence Plan

Pre K International supports the cultural diversity of families & community members. Furthermore, our team members must demonstrate respect for and respond to their community and co-workers' different cultures & background with appreciation and respect. Our program's multicultural principles are reflected in how we implement our curriculum, intentionally valuing the culture of our families and staff members. Culture and inclusion are prioritized in the Pre-k International program systems and services.

We believe the key to inclusion is beyond welcoming every culture – it’s a matter of ensuring every individual feels a TRUE SENSE OF BELONGING.

Our Teachers and Administrators are dedicated to effectively finding the best ways to reach out to and interact with our community safely.
